JustServe.org is a free online platform that connects volunteers looking to provide service and organizations seeking volunteers. Students who need or want to track their service hours can do so on JustServe.org.
Operational in all 50 states and in 15 countries, countless volunteers and organizations utilize JustServe to accomplish tremendous good throughout the world. Some of your students have participated in JustServe projects.
Attached is a flyer you are welcome to share with any students who may be interested in finding service opportunities and tracking service hours.

Greetings C6 Families!
Pike Road Junior High has established the criteria for Honors placement for next school year. We share this information with you and students early in their C6 year, so you can be aware of how their academic performance this year will affect their classes in C7.
They will gather data based on the following factors:
ACAP Practice Test (Spring 2025)
iReady Spring 2025 Diagnostic
Placement Test (taken in Spring 2025)
Class Grades (average of Q1, Q2, and Q3)
Once the data has been reviewed, they will determine and communicate the number of Honors classes that will be available. If you have any questions about this process, please contact Mrs. Christy Wright, principal of Pike Road Junior High School, at Christy.Wright@pikeroadschools.org.

📌The Pike Road Schools Board of Education will hold its annual budget hearings for fiscal year 2025 on Thursday, September 12 at 7:00 am at PRS Central Office and Monday, September 16 at 6:00 pm at the Performing Arts Center.

All returning students and new student registrations must be completed by 3:00 pm on Friday, August 2nd to receive a schedule to start back to school on August 8.
The earliest date students will be able to return if they have not registered by 3:00 pm on Friday will be Monday, August 12.
